What Are The 4 Types Of Circuit Training

The first type is the traditional circuit training program. This involves doing various exercises in a set order, with rest intervals in between each exercise. For instance, you might do one set of push-ups followed by one set of jumping jacks and then move on to the next exercise, repeating the same pattern until you’ve finished the entire circuit.

The second type is called supersets. This involves doing two exercises, usually one upper body and one lower body, back-to-back with no rest in between. This is an excellent training technique for those who want to work out quickly and efficiently.

The third type of circuit training is the isolation sets. This involves performing only one exercise at a time, with rest intervals between each exercise. It allows you to target specific muscle groups and can help you get the most out of your training sessions.

Finally, there is the combo circuit. This combines two or more of the other types or circuits into one workout session. This type of training allows you to work on both strength and endurance at the same time, as well as making your workout much more dynamic.
