Fun Circuit Training Ideas For Groups

Circuit training is a high-intensity fitness routine that combines aerobic and strength exercises in timed sets. When working in groups, you can encourage one another and push each other to keep going and challenge yourselves.

To get started, create a circuit with five to 10 different exercise stations or rounds. Add a few cardio machines (like a treadmill or stationary bike) if you have access to them.

Designate 30-60 seconds per station and have everyone move through the circuit together. Most importantly, make sure everyone is having a good time and motivate each other to keep pushing. You might also want to set up some obstacles or add in funny variations of the exercises to make things interesting.

Once your group has done a few circuits, you can mix it up by making teams and competing against each other. Or, you could try a partner circuit where you switch off between doing an exercise together and then counting the reps. For example, one of you does 15 push-ups while the other counts and then switch.

When you're running out of ideas, you can always find inspiration online. YouTube has tons of tutorials and circuit training workouts for groups. There are a vast number of exercises and combinations you can try, so don't be afraid to get creative.
